Maple Apple Crisp

6 cups Apples chopped
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 1/2 Tbsp Whole Wheat Flour
6 Tbsp Maple Syrup
1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1/2 cup Oat Flakes
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
1/3 cup Sunflower Oil

Toss apples with 1/4 tsp cinnamon and 1 1/2 tbsp flour in baking dish.
Drizzle with 3 tbsp Maple Syrup. In a separate container combine the flour, oats, salt, soda and rest of the cinnamon. Mix in the sunflower oil and the remaining Maple Syrup. Mix with a fork and spread over apples. Bake 45 minutes at 350°F (or until apples are tender). Serve with ice cream or top with whipped cream.
