1 Tbsp Cornstarch
1/4 tsp Salt
1 tsp Mustard
3 Whole Cloves
1 cup Maple Syrup
Mix
dry ingredients in saucepan.
Add maple syrup.
Stir & cook slowly
until thickened & clear.
Variation: add 1/2 c. crushed pineapple or
1/2 c. cooked raisins to sauce.
