Maple Walnut Muffins


2 cups Flour 
3 tsp Baking Powder 
1/2 tsp Salt 
2 Tbsp Sugar 
1/4 cup Butter, softened 
1 Egg 
3/4 cup Maple Syrup 
1/4 cup Milk 
1/2 cup Walnuts, chopped 

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 
In large bowl combine dry ingredients.
Add softened butter and mix well.
Add egg, syrup, and milk stirring until well blended.
Fold in nuts. Grease muffins tins and fill a little
over half full with batter. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
